DIY Puffy Vest (2021)

Here’s a vest I made mostly using this pattern inspired by this vest from Rocky Mountain Featherbed. It was a good challenge figuring out how to quilt the fabric to match the inspiration. In the end it ended up being too short for me so I gifted it to a friend. The ripstop nylon I used was a bit stiff than I wanted and since I used polyfill instead of down it doesn’t have the loose feeling of a typical puffy jacket.
